How to book your holiday property with Discover Scotland

Please take your time to browse through our brochure or web site and ring our office should you have any questions. We will be more than happy to help. Reservations of all accommodation are accepted by Discover Scotland under our Terms and Conditions. Use the instructions shown below to ensure a straightforward booking:

Using our website to make your holiday property booking:

1. Search for the holiday property that meets your requirements. Use the map above or search holiday properties in Southwest Scotland, holiday properties in Southeast Scotland and the Scottish Borders, holiday properties in the South Highlands and East Scotland; and holiday homes in the Scottish Highlands and North Scotland.
2. When you have chosen an available holiday property, select the dates required; if available, the price for the period selected will be shown in the column on the right of the availability calender.
3. Click the BOOK NOW button situated below the availability calender and proceed to make a payment using SagePay
4. Your details and online payment are sent electronically to us and we will contact you to confirm the booking.
5. Please note: To secure your booking we must receive your booking deposit at the time of booking. If the booking is made within six weeks of your holiday start date we require the full payment immediately.
6. You will receive an invoice detailing the balance to be paid and showing the due date.
7. On receipt of your final payment we will forward directions to your property and availability of keys. On receipt, please read carefully and contact us with any queries.

Booking your holiday property by telephone:

1. Telephone our office on 01556 504030 giving your requirements. We will advise you of availability, help you make your choice (if needed) and make a booking for you. This will be held for FIVE working days pending receipt of your payment. (Please Note : To secure your booking we must receive your booking form within FIVE days of your phone call. If your booking is made within six weeks of your holiday date, we require the full payment on booking.)
2. Complete the Booking Form, remembering to sign it, and send it with your one third deposit to us at:

3. Alternatively, when you telephone, you may find it easier to pay by credit/debit card.   We can then process your booking the same day and send your receipt and paperwork to you. (A charge is made only for balance payments by credit card)
4. You will receive an invoice detailing the balance to be paid and showing the due date. Please return the cut off slip with your payment on or before the due date.
5. On receipt of your final payment we will forward directions to your property and availability of keys. On receipt, please read carefully and contact us with any queries.
