Please note the current Scottish Protection Levels – updated 11th May 2021
Current Scottish Protection Levels mean that you may holiday as a single household and from 17th May this changes to allow 3 households/max 6 people over 12yrs old.
Late June the limit will be updated to 4 households/max 8 people over 12rs old; children under 11 yrs old don’t count towards the number limit

What steps are being taken in holiday cottages to reduce risk?
We have advised all of our owners and caretakers to follow the latest guidelines regarding cleaning of their properties, and to pay particular attention to items such as hard surfaces, door handles, light switches, keys and remote controls. The standards to be followed will be in accordance with the guidance that has been issued by Scottish Government.
What happens if I need to cancel my holiday because I catch Coronavirus?
If you contract Coronavirus, we will do everything that we can to rebook the same property for you at any time up until the end of 2022, or you a voucher to rebook or a refund where agreed by the individual owner.
What if I have to cancel my holiday because I have to self-isolate or am advised not to travel by a doctor?
If you’re advised to self-isolate then we will do everything that we can to rebook the same property for you at any time up until the end of 2022, or you a voucher to rebook or a refund where agreed by the individual owner.
What should I do if one of my party feels unwell during my holiday?
If you have symptoms of COVID19 – New Cough or Fever or loss of smell/taste then you should not travel to take your holiday.
If already arrived on holiday then, in accordance with UK Hospitality guidelines if you have symptoms of Covid-19 or are asymptomatic but need to self-isolate, you should check out and return home to self-isolate according to current government guidance.
