We are a small, dedicated team who pride ourselves on our commitment to our customers and owners. We have worked hard to achieve Feefo Platinum standard for delivering exceptional customer and we will continue to try to adhere to this even during the crisis that we now have.
With thousands of bookings across 270 properties and their respective owners to liaise with, it’s a huge jigsaw for us to complete, particularly when we can’t be in the office due to the current restrictions. We are trying to be socially responsible & morally fair in discussions with our owners. We have asked them to consider allowing a variation to the booking terms and conditions so that the clause regarding no refunds being made in the case of an epidemic may now be varied during the COVID19 epidemic.
Once we have a response from our owners we will be contacting all our holiday-makers who have not been able to take up their holiday due to the current COVID19 restrictions. In the first instance that will be those holidays falling in the current 3 week period. If this period is extended then we will roll forward until such time as restrictions are lifted.
