Blossom Cottage Reviews

2 star review

House was spacious and beds clean however due to swallows nesting above door a lot of mess of bird droppings and an indoor mat would have prevented mess in the house outside mat was solid with mess . The bathrooms had a fair bit of black mould , the en suite being quite bad and could be cleaned with bleach. I am disabled and found the over bath shower difficult , a non slip bath mat and a grab rail are needed as the bath sides were high. We were looking forward to the outside barbecue! This turned out to be a very small cheap BBQ with a broken support and full of water and ashes Also a bit of cooker cleaning esp the oven would not go amiss. Having said all this the house was lovely in a great situation and easily accommodated our family of seven. Reading the visitors book others have remarked on the cleaning so needs to be addresed
