Finniness Cottage Reviews
3 star reviewBe very happy to stay there again. Cheap and cheerful cottage which has all necessary facilities. It allows dogs and that shows itself when you walk in, as it does smell of dog - even through the many air fresheners present. The general level of cleanliness is just acceptable though we did purchase some cheap fleece blankets to put over the sofa. But all that said It's a lovely location and a pretty cottage with all you need.
5 star reviewReally great size, lovely location and log burner was great too.
Even though slightly isolated, that was a positive to me, it was really nice to come back and feel a bit of peace and quiet.
For me personally it would have got 6 stars if there was WIFi... but that’s only due to my work. I would have loved to stay there and not work.
2 star reviewThe cottage was not as clean as I would expect or like. Had to clean bathroom before use! Base of shower screen was green! Cottage not as well equipped as we are used to from cottages. Very disappointing.
3 star reviewBecause the kitchen was dirty and the chairs in the living room were so low I had to sit in the kitchen for my weeks stay. Many thanks for your review of Finniness Cottage. We're sorry to hear of the problems you experienced and have passed your comments on to the owners.
We are always keen to try and address any problems as quickly as possible, ie on the day of arrival/on which the problem occurs, so that guests can get on with enjoying their holidays. Please do call our office if you experience any problems in future as we are in regular contact with owners/cleaners or, failing that, can address some issues ourselves.
