5 star review

Loved the log house and Kippford. We walked, biked, water skied and trekked in this stunning area of Dumfries and Galloway

2 star review

Good property and OK location.
Massive amount of dog hairs on carpet very disappointing as 18 month old toddler constantly covered in dog hair. 3 of Adults have allergies - so constantly sneezing.
If Pets allowed - property needs to be 'deep cleaned' afterwards.
No water / toilet out of use, for 1st 4 hours (outwith property control) very difficult for 6 adults (one pregnant) and a child.
The property has the potential to be great but fell short on our visit.
Thank you for your feedback, it is of great assistance to make sure all is in order with the houses.  If there is ever a problem do please let us know at the time so that any issues may be dealt with quickly.  We are very sorry to hear that you felt the cleaning was not up to standard and this has been reviewed with the cleaner. The water problem was unfortunate and affected all the village which was certainly a pain for all until Scottish Water repaired the burst pipe.
