The Nairn House Reviews
5 star reviewThe Nairn is simply beautiful. Never heard of Nairn before this, but after staying at Nairn house, I want to go there again. Very close to the beach, walking distance to Co-op and parking space for an estate sized car.
The house itself is spacious, very very clean, nicely decorated and simply perfect for a getaway holiday. It has all the comforts of a modern kitchen so that once can focus on the holidaying more than the daily chores. There is an opulent bathroom on the ground floor (there is no other word for it) and another one with a shower in the first floor. The master bedroom on the ground floor is simply enormous, as is the king sized bed.
The host is wonderful, she had a gift hamper for us with biscuits, bread, jams etc. Hazel also has a wonderful taste in art. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Scotland and also hope to stay there again.
5 star reviewBefore arrival I received a text message from the owner to say we could occupy earlier which was brilliant. On arrival there was a welcome basket on the table waiting for us, a very impressive gesture indeed. There was milk in the fridge and the cupboards contained other essential that might have been missed. The bathroom also had essentials in a basket, again most welcome. The cottage was much bigger than the impression the photos gave and we coudn't fault the condition of the interior. Being able to take our dog was a bonus too and as the garden is fully fenced there was no worries about her escaping. The property is in a quiet area of Nairn just 3 minutes walk to the beach and very close to a good pub.
All in all it was a great place to stay and deserves the 5 Star rating, we will certainly be back!
