Bramble Lodge is one of five new luxury lodges available at Mossyard which have been exclusively designed to provide the ultimate seaside retreat.
Mossyard, home of the McConchie family for five generations, is a working farm situated in a magnificent coastal location four miles west of Gatehouse of Fleet. With a choice of sandy beaches, a short walk away, the properties at Mossyard have it all.
The lodge has a wonderfully spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area with doors that open on to an enclosed deck overlooking Fleet Bay to the front, with evening sunsets and views to Ben John & the Galloway Hills from the rear of the lodge. Set on the headland, in a group of 5, these lodges are ideal if you wish to be accommodated together as a group.

There are a large selection of DVD's, books and games for your entertainment and a welcome pack of local produce awaits you on arrival. We pride ourselves in providing you with the highest quality equipment, the finest cotton bed linen and luxurious towels - all the small touches that will make your holiday just perfect.

Accessibility
Bramble Lodge is not graded formally for disabled use. We do however take great care in making sure that we offer comfortable accommodation for elderly guests, ambulant disabled and guests with frail mobility. You can drive right up to the door at Bramble Lodge. There is a parking area outside the property. There are three steps to get up to the lodge and a low threshold entrance doorway. Once you are inside the lodge the accommodation is all on one level.

Asda & Tesco will deliver to Mossyard.

Please note: The landscaping area to the rear of the lodge is not enclosed.

Damage Deposit for care of property

All holiday-makers booking a holiday are required to pay either a Damage Deposit, £150 or as noted in the property listing details, or Damage Deposit waiver, whichever is selected is required to be paid with the balance payment of the holiday. Where selected the Damage Deposit will be held by Discover Scotland to be applied against the reasonable costs of repairs, replacement or additional cleaning of furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glass, bedding and towels damaged or soiled other than by normal wear and tear during the holiday. The Damage Deposit, less any reasonable charges, will be returned within 14 days of the departure date. Where any costs exceed the Damage Deposit the holiday-maker will pay such excess as notified to them by Discover Scotland within 14 days of notification. Where the holiday-maker has agreed to pay the Damage Deposit Waiver the Damage Deposit is not payable. This amount is non-refundable. If the cost of any damage or breakages exceeds the applicable Damage Deposit value for the property, then the holiday-maker will be liable for any additional costs. Any such excess will be notified to them by Discover Scotland and due for payment within 14 days of notification.

All bookings require either a refundable Damage Deposit £150 or as per the property details or £20 non refundable Damage Deposit Waiver.
